• GWG owns the copyrights, trademarks, and all associated intellectual property rights pertaining to the services provided by GWG and GWG provides paid subscribers access to them subject to a strictly enforced and express license agreement
• GWG expects paid subscribers to use original content provided by GWG for their own, personal informational and educational purposes and to not share the original content with anyone else.
• GWG does not represent that its original content has been created by certified or licensed professionals of any type, training, or background and cautions paid subscribers to understand that use of the original content provided is at the subscribers own risk.
• GWG cannot and does not guarantee any performance, results, or outcome should a paid subscriber decide to act because of having viewed GWG’s original content. All investment strategies involve risk of loss and individual investors should take this into consideration when making investment decisions.
